A brief description

Note: For the Illumination, Extraction and Soul Retrieval methods you lie down on a couch, fully clothed. There is minimum physical contact. All the methods below are extremely gentle and even suitable for children.

Illumination

This is the core shamanic practice, it is very gentle yet works on a very deep level. It works by releasing heavy, toxic energy and imprints from the affected chakra, which in turn cleanses the Luminous Energy Field (or the “aura”) which in turn boosts the body’s immune function. Once the chakra is cleared of the blocked energy, it is then “illuminated” – filled with the light of the divine, thus raising your vibration, helping you to feel free of your burdens and much lighter.

Extraction – Crystallised energy

This process removed condensed heavy energy and other implants from the body, which may be causing physical ailments or energy blocks. As we progress on our healing path, we become more aware of such energy, which may appear like daggers or other weapons. Removal helps the vital energy flows of the body.

Extraction – Fluid energy/Spirit release

Whether we like it or not, such energies are a reality and need to be removed from the central nervous system and sent in a compassionate way to the light. These energies are intrusive and parasitical in nature, depleting our valuable energy supply and often causing us to behave in ways which are out of character, including having negative thoughts or “chatter”, depression or addictive tendencies. More often than not, such energies do not intend to cause harm, they are just misplaced. Again this is a very gentle process – for all parties concerned.

Soul Retrieval

Soul loss often occurs between the ages of 1- 10 years as a result of emotional or physical trauma, fear, sadness, fright or accident. It can also occur later in life.
The missing soul part is retrieved from the safety of the lower world, along with a gift and a power animal and returned to the energy body, thus enhancing protection and energy levels. A process is then undertaken to build a relationship up with the parts retrieved to allow for maximum integration and benefit. The process is said to be equivalent to between 2-5 years of psychotherapy and is again, very gentle and deeply healing.

Theta Healing

This instantaneous healing method utilises the intuition and theta brain wave state of the practitioner, but the actual healing work is carried out directly by the Creator/God. This remarkable healing instantly rectifies deeply held subconscious belief patterns and provides positive downloads to aid the client in moving forward in their lives. I liken subconscious beliefs to “the film of your life” - as these directly dictate the circumstances of your life – if you want to change your life, (ie, the film) - you have to change your subconscious beliefs, without changing the film, the same themes will come up for you again and again. Theta Healing can also be used to bring about healing on a DNA/physical and emotional level.

Note – for Theta Healing, you will be sitting upright on a chair; muscle testing is carried out on your thumb and index fingers to ascertain what needs to be worked on and then for the healing itself you simply place your hands over mine.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

This therapy works by tapping at the sources of the energy meridians on the face and hands, while repeating NLP style affirmations. It is a form of “energy psychology” likened to “acupuncture without the needles!” Again is it a very fast and gentle way of removing phobias, fears, habits, negative patterns and thoughts – anything in fact which stops you from moving forward in life – from the mind and body. It also works on physical tensions or pain.

Note: for EFT you be seated on a chair and will be asked to tap at various points on your face and hands.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching helps you to move forward following treatment. This could be to break old patterns of behaviour or to work out a way of achieving those goals that appeared previously unreachable. Helps you to formulate your goals, actively plan how to achieve them in a realistic timeframe, obtain motivation to succeed, break down any barriers and then provides a helping hand through each step until the goal is reached.
